Production is divided into various divisions which use highly specialised workers and advanced production technologies:

• Pianoro, Via Garganelli and via Nazionale:
  cartoners division
  end of line division: overwrappers, case packers and palletisers
  liquids division: filling/capping machines for liquid products, sachet fillers, rigid tube filling machines
• Carpi, Via Ampère:
  structure specialised in the production of blister thermoformers
• Calderino, Via Lavino:
  production centre highly specialised in size parts and feed systems

The machines are pre-assembled and wired up in external structures, directly controlled by the company. They are then sent to the various departments, where they are carefully customised with size parts, feed units, software and all of the optional features requested in the customer specifications.
