Our Group |Quality | Procedure/Instruction/Form

The Operating Procedures describe in detail the procedures used to carry out the various elements of the Marchesini Group S.p.A. Quality System into practice; they are structured as follows:

·         Aim;

·         Field of application;

·         Acronyms and definitions;

·         Responsibilities;

·         Operating Procedures;

·         Document Filing;

·         Appendices.

The Procedures constitute the organizational and operating rules of company activities.
They describe who, what, when, how and where a specific activity is realized.
They describe the responsibilities that the company bodies have in the performance of quality registration management and activities (registers and forms).

Operating Instructions
These are documents issued with the aim of supplying operating instructions or indications on questions involving technical-qualitative problems. These specifications are not indicated in the Operating Procedures because of their detailed nature.

Forms
The forms used have been specifically designed for the Marchesini Group S.p.A., in order to document the various activities of the Quality system and to highlight any particular occurrences of a qualitative nature.
They are an integral part of the Procedures for which they have been created, but for organizational reasons if they are revised it does not necessarily mean that the Procedure must be revised too (if this variation does not affect the contents of the Procedure in question). Instead the previous form is simply replaced with the revised one (which must have its own revision index number).
