Our Group |Quality | Quality Manual

The Quality Manual is the document that describes the general company rules and guidelines that must be followed for a Quality System complying with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard to function efficiently. This is why the responsibilities and tasks of the various company departments are outlined as well as the resources and means used to run the Quality System.

The Quality Manual is drawn up by the Quality Assurance Manager and approved by the Management with the signature of the RDD; it enables all the activities that influence the performance of the company in terms of quality to be identified, planned, performed and controlled as well as giving any necessary proof.

The management is directly responsible for the contents who approves the first draft and then the following revisions, whereas the subsequent changes of the same Manual are tasks of the Quality Assurance Manager.

The Manual is structured as described in the “Quality Manual Guide” chapter. To make updating easier the chapters on compiling, approval, revision and deletion are organized independently: the first chapter (title page) gives information regarding the present edition and how al the chapters in the manual have been revised.
