In relation to the operating strategies considered to be essential for reaching company goals a Quality System has been adopted and executed in Marchesini Group S.p.A. in order to satisfy the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard. This system enables Marchesini Group S.p.A. to guarantee that all the products/services supplied by the company comply with the requirements specified in contracts or in reference documentation.

The Marchesini Group S.p.A. Quality System consists of:

·         organizational structures,

·         procedures,

·         resources,

·         responsibilities,

·         operating procedures,

adopted to apply Quality policies and to reach Quality goals.
The following chapters illustrate the methods and procedures criteria that regulate the activities of the Marchesini Group S.p.A. Quality System, in reference to the directives laid down in the UNI-EN ISO 9001 standard.
The Quality System is organized and run by the Quality Assurance Manager who answers directly to the Management Representative for his department.

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for inspecting every phase of company activity, in direct collaboration with the entire organization, to ensure that the requirements specified in this manual are satisfied in terms of Procedures, Operating Instructions and Contractual Directives.
This figure is also responsible for coordinating Quality documentation preparation, management and identification activities and methods (procedures, forms, operating instructions, etc.) up until the definitive approval and verification that there are no conflicting interests. The QAM is also responsible for promoting the distribution of Quality informations to all those concerned Personnels.
Through Internal Inspections, corrective and preventive actions the Quality Assurance Manager guarantees that the System is supervised and improved and that the Quality Manual and any related documentation is updated constantly
