Rotating Jar Filling and Capping Machine designed according to the highest technological standards to guarantee the maximum productivity and quality.
Operation logic controlled by a PLC provided with a colour touch screen display.

Automatic pick up, positioning and screwing system of caps with electronic torque adjustment and parameter storage by display
Dosing group with tri-clamp connections (hopper, filling valve housing, filling valve and nozzle) which can be transferred, still assembled, from the filling area to the washing and sterilization area by a suitable truck

The dosing adjustment can be set:

  • Manually by acting on a micrometric screw connected to a digital indicator
  • Electronically from display by means of a stepper motor

Conveying system of jars with:

  • Symmetrical jar shape, with standard size parts
  • Irregular jar shape, in pucks with a return conveyor, if any, for the empty pucks back to the load/unload area

JAR INFEED:

  • Manual infeed on a conveyor belt
  • Automatic by a rotary table

CAP INFEED:

  • Manual infeed on a conveyor belt
  • Automatic by vibratory bowl or rotary table

PRODUCT INFEED:

  • Direct to the manifold of the dosing group by means of an infeed hose coming from an outer pressurized tank
  • Standard or jacketed hopper
  • Pressurized hopper with product pushing piston complete with a sensor for min. and max. load control
