Single-channel linear automatic filling and closing machine for metal, plastic and laminate tubes.

Balcony structure > immediate Line Clearance
The balcony structure renders the machine fully compliant with GMP standards, guaranteeing:
- maximum accessibility from the back side, for drive units inspection and mechanical maintenance
- maximum accessibility from the operator side, for cleaning and adjusting of all units and components

TUBE TRANSPORT SYSTEM
The tubes are conveyed on special self-centring pucks.
A movement controlled by a brushless motor lifts the pucks containing the tubes towards the dosing nozzle, guaranteeing perfect filling from the tube bottom. This operating method prevents the formation of air pockets in the tube, even when handling difficult products and at high speeds.

REMOVABLE DOSING UNIT
All parts in contact with the product have Tri-Clamp connections.
The entire unit (consisting of hopper, valve, piston and nozzle) can be removed still assembled, then easily and quickly transferred to the washing and sterilising zone. A special optional trolley facilitates this operation.
Product feed may be:
- Direct to the manifold through a feeding tube from an external pressurised tank
- from a hopper, heated if necessary
- from a pressurised hopper with product pushing piston, complete with a sensor for minimum and maximum load control

SIZE CHANGE-OVER
Size change-over adjustments are centralised, controlled by a servomotor and can be activated directly from the PC on the machine:
- automatic dosing adjustment
- automatic puck conveyor height adjustment
The PC saves all size recipes: the operator brings up the new size on the display, so that the machine can automatically apply the relative parameters

COMBINED CLOSING SYSTEMS
The machine was designed for simultaneous installation of metal and hot air closing systems, with two main advantages:
- possibility of switching from one closing group to the other in just a few minutes, reducing size change-over times
- possibility of completing or modifying the machine set-up with a second closing system if necessary;
- maximum flexibility and modularity
- reduced initial investment

Closing head types:
-  closing pincers for metal tubes, for single, double or saddle fold (optional)
-  hot air for polythene/laminate tubes
-  hot pincers for polythene/laminate tubes
