The MB430 blister line can produce up to 300 blister/minute and, although it was built in line with the Marchesini blister production philosophy, introduces new ideas which make it sophisticated, highly flexible and extremely easy to control. Each machine unit belonging to the MB430 robot thermoformer has its own servo-motor, meaning that every function is independent and can be regulated separately, depending on different production requirements. The brushless motors used allow the operator to preset every function independently. Other features which should be emphasised are: the forming step, which is self-centring and can be electronically regulated, the self-aligning pre-heating plates, automatic code and cut centring, the innovative, more fluid film path, reducing the stress on the material thanks to the presence of a magnetic tensioner and automatic loop control, not forgetting differentiated rejection of empty or partly filled blister. Another excellent feature of the blister thermoformer is the possibility of removing the feeder for cleaning and size change-overs, saving a great deal of time.
Thanks to Robocombi, the latest  - design robotised solution from Marchesini, blister  are picked up from the MB430 and transferred to the MA255 cartoner  in line, then go to the FA04 balcony-structure carton bander/bundler made by Multipack. The latter is the natural successor of the previous F97 model, providing good access and designed to guarantee operators simple and effective control of all operating phases, with a speed of more than 50 bundles/minute.
