Strip Line with MST200

The Strip line based on the MST200 is the ideal solution for medium-rate production: able to package up to 1,200 products in 600 strips per minute.

This line is state-of-the-art in terms of flexibility, simplicity and compact connection for packaging all solid/pharmaceutical products in strips. Able to connect both in line and at 90°, the strip positive pick & place and counting unit is built around a pick and place unit capable of up to 100 cycles/minute and connects the strip machine to the downstream cartoner in a really limited space. Ergonomics are maximised for the whole line by the overall compact size of the machines, but it is above all the strip outfeed height of around 900 mm which allows direct connection to the cartoner bucket chain conveyor, minimising overall dimensions.

Size change-overs are extremely simple and fast on the whole line and do not require any tools.

Brushless motors, latest generation PLC, automatic checks at all stages of production with relative rejects management and a very wide range of sizes are all part of the standard kit.
