This line has been realized for a customer requiring to perform the 3 operation in separate machines, instead of one only monobloc ( see APS COMBI Line).

The operations carried out on the line are:

> Plunger insertion on the pre-filled disposable syringe ( AEC Serie)
> Saftey Device assembly ( APS Serie)
> Syringe labelling ( ESC machine), complete with a laser printer

The output of the line is up to 18.000 pcs/h
