High speed Squeezable tube line

The line can handle both metal and PE/laminated squeezable tubes, and it is suitable for cosmetic and pharmaceutical products.

The tube filler shown in the picture has been equipped with the tube loader Model Jumbo, an ergonomic and high capacity loaging system. The line can be in alternative supplied with the ROBOPLACER, an orthogonal two axis robotized system.

Strongpoint of this line are:

• high flexibility > due to the very innovative closing system allowing to have at the same time all the closing heads on the machine
• Very short changeovers
• possibility to transfer all the dosing group still assembled, from the machine to the cleaning/sterilizing area
• use of Brushless Motors
• PC controlled

The output is > 200 tubes/minute
