Automatic Linear Filler ML 611
Very innovative machine specially designed to handle bottles of big volume ( up to 1 liter) suitable for the cosmetic industry. Volumetric dosing through ELECTROMAGNETIC FLOW METERS or CORIOLIS MASS FLOW METERS.
Strongpoint of this unique machine are:
- Variable nozzle stroke driven by a Brushless motor, can be set from PC
- Clear separation between the bottle transport and mechanical area.
- Bottle transport system in pucks, with lateral bottle transfer driven by a Brushless Motor and set from the PC.
- Filling is performed in an intermediate conveyor, thus allowing faster machine working and clean working.
- Rapid size changes over with a minimum Number of parts to replace or to position.
Filling Systems:
Various filling circuits with different types of measuring equipment are available.
- ELECTROMAGNETIC FLOW METERS, (flow meter based on electromagnetic conductibility of products) or
- CORIOLIS MASS FLOW METERS (mass flow meters based on the Coriolis principle).
The number of dosing units, from 1 to 10 is dedicated to the volume and speed requirements.
Filling circuits are designed to accept a CIP-SIP (Clean in Place or Steam in Place) system as Optional.
Product contact parts as well as the nozzle holding rake are of easy replacement.
