Automatic Filler/Capper Model ML646
Automatic filling and capping machine suitable for filling and capping plastic and glass bottles.
As an evolution of the model ML642, the ML646 is performing the full volume filling and capping. Designed for the Pharmaceutical industry utilised with success in Cosmetic and Confectionery sectors
The filling operations is a combination between continous and intermittent motion.
The ML 646 has been designed to implement:
- maximum accessibility to all working areas
- easy and perfect cleanliness of all parts
- manufactured in AISI316 polished stainless steel
- complete separation between mechanical elements and working area.
Filling system decription
The filling operations is a combinations between continuous and intermittent motion:
- the nozzle enters when the bottles are stationary;
- then they follow the bottles for two machine cycles;
- once the filling phase is complete, the nozzles leave the bottles and return, in continuous motion, to the initial position of the cycle.
--> Advantage:
Increasing of time for the filling operations, therefore providing great output.
Different type of pumps are available, according to the product to be handled:
- ceramic pumps.
- peristaltic pumps
- syringes/valves
- flow meters
- time pressure.
Capping system description:
Station provided for insertion and closure of the following: plugs - R.O.P.P.- tamper evident,- child proof or alucaps screw caps with torque control - pumps and droppers - station available for more - than one applications.
Optionals available:
- laminar-flow
- gas charging unit
- automatic bottle ejection (any bottles without closures can be automatically ejected without stopping the machine).
- sampling (a series of sample bottles can be picked up on discharge to check the dosing volume).
