Filling and Capping Machine ML652
Monobloc Linear Liquid Filling & Capping machine.
ML 652 is available with two closing turrets.
Cantilevered (balcony type) machine layout to better comply with CGMP directives, if Laminar Flow is required.
Clear separation between the bottle transport and mechanical area.
New design, Robotized movements achieved with brushless motors, controlled by PC.
Automatic configuration of bottle sizes with the PC, to achieve quick and frequent size changes.
Rapid size changes over with a minimum Number of parts to replace or to position.
Filling is achieved in-line, in continuous walking beam motion, where the nozzles are following the container.

Continuous Motion Capping Units available with FOUR or EIGHT Heads:
- All types of Press-On Caps;
- Aluminum Seals or Pilferproof caps (PFP);
- All types of Screw Caps;
- The EIGHT-Head unit is available for rubber stoppering only, up to a speed of 320/Minute.
