Capping Machine ML657
Rotary, Continuous Motion Capper equipped with one FOUR head turret suitable to close containers with the following closure types:
- Screw caps( with torque control)
- Child-Proof caps
- Press-On caps without rotation
- Pilferproof Caps
- Aluminum seals and Flip-Off.
Each closing function is complete with the appropriate control to assure a correct closure.
Sealing Turret for Aluminum Seals
The machine is equipped with the EIGHT-head sealing detail achieved with rail guided crimping to insure a minimum particle generation.
Speeds up to 320/Minute are possible.
The assembly has an electronic pressure control system on the crimping plate to absorb variations within the containers.
Out of limits containers will be rejected automatically.
Screw Capping Head
The machine is equipped with FOUR screw capping terminals.
All mechanical movements of the closing heads are enclosed within the basement.
Only the four commands for the terminals emerge. Rotary movements for the terminals are achieved with a three phase electric motor and inverter, positioned within the basement.
