Robotized Capping and Plugging Machine ML 681
The ML 681 has been designed to comply with the possibility to perform the assembling of different closing components as well as their inserting, capping and plugging function. Typical applications relate to spray pumps, screw caps and cover (dust) caps. The characteristics point in particular to the Cosmetic Industry, which utilize components of dedicated form and application and may not be handled efficiently with traditional closing machines. Cantilever (balcony) design corresponding to CGMP directives.
The machine may be equipped with up to THREE robotized units, depending on the typology of the closing components.
The container transport is achieved by tabletop conveyors with independent motor and Inverter. A screw synchronizes container infeed and discharge.
