A new generation of continuous cartoning machines
Feed, removal and adjustment operations are carried out in comfortable, accessible positions.
Any form of intervention or adjustment is carried out from the front of the machine, using simple, safe commands.
The modern balcony construction has made it possible to completely separate
the mechanical zone from the carton and product conveyor zone, allowing easy
identification and removal of any items which remain at the end of a batch. The guard panels allow complete, easy access to the machine for maintenance and cleaning.
The large capacity carton magazine is located in aposition ideal for loading and is well away from all machine mechanism.
Cartons are fed into the machine on driven belts,and feed is regulated by the number of cartons drawn from the magazine. data can be changed on the display.

• The rotary carton forming system adopted is that which is already known and installed on all continuous cartoning machines built by Marchesini.
  Arms with suction cups take the carton and insert it in a  rotating drum, which provides to open and prebreak it at 150 degrees with mechanical fingers.
  Simple and adjustable settings of magazine guides and picking phase with digital indicators and millimeter scales.
• The product infeed bucket chain is centrally adjustable and guided by digital readouts.
  The basic machine has been designed to accept automatic Marchesini feeding units.
  There is no difficulty in adding customized dedicated feeders.
• Product insertion into the carton, arriving in a previously loaded bucket chain, achivied with a set of pushers placed opposite the operator side following the continuous motion of the lug chain.
• Balcony (cantilever) Layout allows for simple cleaning. Differentiated placement of mechanical and drive units as well as separated product handling are basis for a clean machine, assuring safety when executing lot changes.
