Case packer/palletizer MCP 840
The case packer/palletizer MCP 840 is a Monobloc machine, unifying the case-packer MC 820 and the palletizer MP 830.
The machine is composed by a supporting structure where all the movements and functions are connected (balcony type construction).
The machine is controlled by PC compatible with a color display having the following functions:
- Performance control
- size configurations
- Guide to help operator in changing the parameters for the different sizes
- Operator interface
- Pertial/total meter
- Speed indicator
Each moviment is performed by brushless motors whose functions are controlled by the PC.
This construction is mechanical maintenance free.No mechnalical parts subject to dirt or dust.
Size change over by servomotors and digital indicators; fast change with minimal use of tools.
Cartons collation and pallet pattern selected by a machine control panel.
