Vertical Case packer/palletizer MCPV850
It is the first Marchesini vertical case-packer/pallettizer. In addition to the traditional packaging of cases and squared products, it allows to pack products that must keep the vertical position during the packaging process, as for jars, ampoules, vials and others.
Maintaining all the positive and winning characteristics of the previous horizontal version (great flexibility, reliability, toughness) this vertical version introduces characteristics that make the machine innovative and flexible. The introduction of robotics improves the performance both in speed as in flexibility, that are its own distinctive traits.
Features
- The MCPV850 is a balcony structure machine, designed thinking of the compactness and the ergonomics, and respecting the most recently GMP rules.
- The product that must be packed is feeded on the entrance conveyor, and arrives under the Pick&Place head that insert directly the product into the case through a vertical motion.
- The case is feeded into a vertical magazine located in ergonomics position
- It is taken from the magazine, than positive squared, and it is inserted vertically by the Pick&Place head and finally transferred through the transport chain to the folding flap unit
- At the end it passes through the closing unit where is closed by adhesive tape or, alternatively, by glue.
- The case filled and closed moves to the palletizing unit where the new robot “Gigacombi” picks up and places the case on the pallet
- It is possible to have the feeding and the unload of the pallet both manually and automatically
