THE NEW MARCHESINI MCV 850 VERTICAL CASEPACKER

Important component of the new Marchesini Group jar filling line is the new MCV850 vertical casepacker.

What are the machine’s winning features? Its balcony structure, its totally computerised operation, the positive carton handling and its remarkable versatility: the use of gripper or suction cup depending the product being packaged.
The first Marchesini vertical case packer uses robot technology, i.e. a robotized pick up head, to guarantee high precision pick up operations. The use of brushless motors ( over 8 ) also guarantees increased versatility and flexibility in a machine designed to reach speeds of up to 15 cases a minute.
The case feed unit is situated in an extremely ergonomic position and has a generous carrying capacity that means it has remarkable autonomy. Size changes are quick and  with minimal use of tools. The various sizes to be processed are saved in the PC and when they are recalled by the operator, the case conveyor belt automatically shifts to the correct position.
The numerous optional features available include the option of inserting a separator between product layers and the chance to close the end flaps with glue instead of the standard adhesive tape.
