We are speaking of the new RA series of rotating labellers that Neri, the Marchesini Group partner, has developed starting from the RO project this product has been such a great success in the cosmetics industry thanks to its qualities of flexibility, sturdiness, efficiency and control reliability.
These machines are distinguished by an innovative bottle holding device design that has enabled the central tower to be removed significantly improving the visibility of the labelling process, the ergonomics of the machine and its compliance with cGMP standards.
Moreover, the option of installing brushless motors to rotate the bottle holding plates, combined with the multi-application features of the RO series, guarantees unprecedented flexibility.
The RA600 2T ensures the highest level of label application precision on one or both faces of oval bottles. The machine is provided with a photocell-based product orientation system installed on the holder, which ensures that the side labels match to the label already applied on the cap with extreming high precision and reliability.
The production speed of over 120 pcs/min.
