Automatic Deep Draw Thermoformer Farcon Model FB220
With a really compact foot-print, the new FB220 combines the mechanical execution sturdiness with the most updated and flexible technologies.
Its full-balcony structure makes it comply with the strictest GMP requirements for pharmaceutical aplications, assuring a perfect and neat segregation between product (machine front) and technical enclosures (machine rear)
There are numerous advantages and solutions available for the manufacturing of deep-drawn thermoformed trays (up to 28mm). The base machine is built upon years of high quality manufacture:
- Stainless steel cabinets and enclosures
- Sliding, full size, operator’s guards
- Integrated waste material cutter
- 12” color, graphic touchscreen operator panel
- quick and easy change-over, without tools (20 minutes max)
Besides, a new, integrated connection system to the downstream cartoner (with possibility for multiple stacking) will make sure the highest possible efficiencies are achieved.
The new FB220 is an industrialized product, where however wide room is left for “tayloring” to special requirements as well as integration into automatic packaging lines (including installations of thirdparty equipments such as printers, code readers, vision systems, labellers, etc…)

The automatic feeding systems, with positive product handling, originate from over thirty years experience and from the “high-speed” applications of our top-of-the range machines. Servo-drives give high flexibility and efficiency, along with easy operation and quick and simple changeover.
Just as an example, you can package up to 12.000 prefilled syringes/hour, or up to 24.000 ampoules/hour on the FB220: an output worthy of all the respect for a “small, big ” machine.
