Automatic Deep Draw Thermoformer Farcon FB320
Mechanical drive and balcony construction, in line with the traditional Farcon manufacturing philosophy and quality. A concentrate of both technical innovations and practical experiences gained within the whole Marchesini Group. Each machine station, including web-index, is indipendently driven by a servo motor, electronically synchronized to one another (8 servo-motors on the base machine alone). Machine control is simple and easy, through a PC controlled operator interface.

- Front size parts fitting, through precision sliding guides, for a NO-TOOLS quick and simple changeover (max. 20 minutes)
- Product packaging area segregated from the machine mechanical/electrical parts housings

- Forming film unwinder / preheating / thermoforming / first index station
- Lidding film unwinder / heat sealing / cooling / perforation
- Second index station / die-cutter/ waste removal
- The product feeding area can be extended without limitations to customer’s requirements, giving easy access from both sides
- Wide forming area (254 x 220mm) and DEEP FORMING DEPTH (up to 42mm)
- Products outfeed for direct connection into the downstream cartoner
- Overall maximum machine height (cabinets included) mm 1650 -> high visibility around the production room.
