GENERAL FEATURES

- All machine stations are cantilevered (balcony construction)
- FRONT size parts fitting, for a “no-tools” changeover, featuring high precision sliding/centering guides and quick fastenings (20 minutes for a complete change-over)
- Balcony, cantilevered product feeding/packaging area in the front of the machine
- Technical enclosures and cabinets (stainless steel) rear on the machine, opposite to the operating side
- Overall maximum machine height (cabinets included) mm 1650 -> high visibility around the production room.
- A wide area is available to fit the automatic products feeding systems and quality inspection units
- Forming material unwinder featuring integrated unit to allow changing and splicing the roll while the machine is running.
- Front-loading of the lidstock roll (when lidding required) at floor level (500mm) with integrated splicing facility
- Platen sealing station (when required) with integrated product over-heating protection shield at machine stops
- Integrated waste cutting system - 12” colour " touch screen " operator’s terminal board, sliding along the machine full length

- Polycarbonate safety guards, with stainless steel support structure and anodized aluminium profiles.
