The FC320 is a balcony machine, highly flexible and suitable for multiple applications, including the packaging of powders and liquids.
Like all machines of our production range, the FC320 is prepared for in-line connections to other machines (both upstream and downstream) for a fully integrated automated packaging line
Upon request, it can be equipped with lidding material sealing station, as well as third-party equipments such as printers, code readers, vision systems, labellers, etc…
Our certified Quality System makes it possible to supply high level of validation support documents, including CFR21 Part 11 compliance.
High-gauge films can be thermoformed, up to 600 microns, and high depths of draw can be obtained, also with Polypropilene, thanks to a perfected heating system and plug-assisted forming.
The deep-draw cold-forming of multilayer aluminium is also possible.
The automatic feeding systems, with positive product handling, originate from over thirty years experience and from the “high-speed” applications of our top-of-the range machines, including feeding of powders, liquids and irregularly-shaped objects.
