Since ever, the FC420, featuring a traditional central frame, has been our “best-selling” machine, highly flexible and suitable for multiple applications, including the packaging of powders and liquids.
The continuous full cover of the working surface makes this machine fully compliant to the strictest pharmaceutical GMP principles.
Like all machines of our production range, the FC420 is prepared for in-line connections to other machines (both upstream and downstream) for a fully integrated automated packaging line.
Upon request, it can be equipped with lidding material sealing station, as well as third-party equipment such as printers, code readers, vision systems, labellers, etc…
Our certified Quality System makes it possible to supply high level of validation support documents, including CFR21 Part 11 compliance.
High-gauge films can be thermoformed, up to 600 microns, and high depths of draw can be obtained, also with Polypropilene, thanks to a perfected heating system and plug-assisted forming.
Major feature of the FC420 is the ability to thermoform very high depth trays: up to 62 mm, which makes the FC420 highly suitable for highoutput applications in the consumers products market as well.
The deep-draw cold-forming of multilayer aluminium is also possible.
The automatic feeding systems, with positive product handling, originate from over thirty years experience and from the “high-speed” applications of our top-of-the range machines, including feeding of powders, liquids and irregularly-shaped objects.
Servo-drives give high flexibility and efficiency, along with easy operation and quick and simple changeover
The FC420 production capacity can be placed in the high to very high output ranges.
