Accurancy in package
The film is unwound by two motorized reels, which keep a steady tension and can be adjusted according to the customer’s need. In fact, the product is lightly wrapped by the film without being pushed against it.
A motorized belt links the machine to the shrink-tunnel. The product is conveyed bundle by bundle – bundle moving forward by pushes is avoided - which is essential to get a perfect collation. A proper device equipped with an air motor allows the tunnel to be automatically cleared of products in case of power failure.
Easy use
Setting of main data (e.g. size, dimensions and speed) is performed by an operator’s functional display. Easy and fast size changeover.
Types of package
All machines are suitable to carry out different packing solutions - stretch-banded or overwrapped and shrunk - as well as a wide range of bundle patterns.
