Robovision is a 4-axis robot with carbon limbs and an integrated viewing system.
Developed to pick up loose objects arriving from a belt and feed them to the cartoner with a continuous motion, Robovision can perform up to 90/100 pick ups/minute. Equipped with a video camera and software, this innovative machine recognises the image of the product to be fed and is capable of product orientation for correct insertion in the cartoner buckets.
Thanks to its gantry structure, this machine with tracking movement can be used with either a parallel belt or a transversal belt. This brand new product boasts top level layout flexibility and precision, and its software, like the entire design, was completely developed by Marchesini.
In addition, if the product is deliberately or accidentally not picked up, there is the possibility of rejecting it at the end of the belt, before it reaches the carton conveyor.
