Automatic Blister Thermoformer Model MB430
Even maintaining the philosophy of separate machines, the blister line is
adopting a positive, robotized connection system.
All traditional advantages of Marchesini Group blister thermoformers have been
maintained (forming and lid reels located on the back machine side, forming group vertically positioned, horizontal continuous motion sealing group), but this machine is a concentrate of innovation.
Main advantages are as follows:
- Forming pitch electronically adjustable;
- Sealing group automatically self-centring;
- Product loading system totally enclosed and completely detachable with dedicated trolley.
- This concept allows machine cleaning procedures and size change to be made out of line;
- Dedicated rejects for empty, non complete and good blisters.
- The Galenic section, completely separated from other sections, can be fed with filtered and treated air (optional).
- Balcony type construction conforms to GMP standards for self cleaning of the working area. The vertical stainless steel plate separates the mechanical zone from the working one.
- Self - contained sealing, perforating, coding and cutting section. All stations are balcony style, to facilitate cleaning of working residues from the units.
- Reel change made easy. Protected and accessible forming station. The machine's back side shows marked GMP finish providing full cleanliness.
