Electronic Counting&Filling Machine Vasquali Model FTC12
FTC 12 machine is an electronic counter suitable to count tablets, coated tablets (dragées), hard & soft gelatin capsules, pearls.
FTC12 works thanks to a photocells series, which count the product during their free falling. This solution permits to the FTC12 the easy adaptability to each product and counting requested, with no needing of size parts replacement.
Electronic of FTC12 is easily accessible by a simple touch screen human interface, which permits to set the machine working by easy self-teaching operations, basing on as needed.
Thanks to the built-in memory it is possible to set a practically infinite number of recipes and load they from relevant storage list.
The control logic is managed by a Siemens or Allen Bradley industrial PC, which assure the maximum reliability and conformity to the best international standards.
- The cleaning of each component is facilitated by fast and easy dismounting of parts in contact, which doesn’t require the use of tools.
- An efficient system for dust recovery permits to remove the powder produced during the process.
