Counting machine for round tablets, hard and soft gelatine capsules, dragée

 

  • Servo driven mouvement of counting head to adapt the machine for almost all product type.
  • Different controls availability, for the counting and quality accurancy control, by optical fibres, proximity sensors, micro TLC or B&W or colour camera vision systems.
  • Changeover of parts on size (only disk and funnel)is completely tools free and doesn’t require more than 5 minutes.
  • Dust presence never compromises the accurancy in counting and its recovery is effected by three collecting points strategically positioned.

The machine is produced in two additional versions:

  • VB02 DL Version equipped with a PLC Siemens with color touch screen
  • VB02 VISION Version equipped with a colour telecamera and PC for counting control and product integrity control ( see picture)
