Mechanical Counter MODEL VB92 FT
It is a sole machine in its own way, because is able to fill rigid tubes with round tablets of large diameter, but can be also used as a standard counting machine in bottles.
It is equipped with a complete serie of controls for a perfect works and which provide the automatic rejection of wrong tubes/bottles, without machine’s stop. It is possible to install one ink-jet print system for production data marking on tubes.
Changeover from tube to bottle filling (and vice-versa) doesn’t require more than 10 minutes and is completely tools free.
Automatic tube loader from box available for VB 92 FT which assure a good free loading time and easy adjustment.
Rotating drum which on VB 92 FT, coupled to the lower tube, provides the alignment of tablets by centrifugal force, during their descent.
