Vertical Filling/Sealing Machine for SACHET Model MS235
The MS235 is a vertical, intermittent motion sachet filler for medium and high productions speeds.

New dosing unit
To guarantee a perfect dose in every sachet, each dosing screw feeder has been fitted with a motor-driven secondary pre-screw feeder device which feeds the product perfectly constantly in each dosing channel. In this new system an independent brushless motor drives the secondary screw feeder unit and dispenses with mixers around the dosing unit.
The dosing system is set up for weight checking and feed-back on each lane. This machine is very flexible in a number of ways: when changing the sachet length, simply set a parameter on the display for an extremely fast size change, not forgetting the possibility of automatically removing the dosing device at the end of production: a simple motor-powered control allows outward rotation. Parts in contact with the product can be removed without tools.
- The offset machine design, easy-to-clean components and the use of stainless steel parts ensure that the machine meets the latest, stringent GMP standards.
- All product contact part are in stainless steel or in FDA approved material.
- Sealing in flat with mechanical movement. Sealing pressure is adjusted by an exspansion membrane operating on one of the jaws > maximum sealing stability.
- Film drive system with cold rollers.
- Cutting and/or perforation on extractable frame to facilitate cleaning.
- Stacking and couting unit with cartoner connection.
- Mechanical transfer sachet stacking.
- Count number can be set on display.
- Sachet weight statistical check by special system complete with static weigher and printer. System has three operating modes set on display: timed (e.g. once every 5 minutes), continuous, on demand.
