Steril 300

Linear continuois - motion machine for liquid filling in a sterile environment then complete or partial closure of the container using rubber stoppers.
The machine consists of three modules:

  • Feed
    The feed system may consist of a tunnel, a screw feeder, a star-wheel and screw feeder, or loading from cassette.Bottles are conveyed with continuous motion. They are transported in dedicated supports on a stainless steel belt.
  • Filling/stoppering.
    The bottles are held by dedicated supports which prevent friction and the formation of particles.The filling station consists of rotary piston syringes.Each pump is controlled by a dedicated brushless motor.Optional weight check.Possibility of feedback for each individual syringe.The stoppering station allows complete or partial insertion of the stopper.

  • Outfeed
    The vibrating base is sealed. Vibrating cup fixing is controlled from the display using a servo-motor. Stopper presence check with automatic bottle rejection if the stopper is missing.Positive logic rejection.The rejected bottle is collected on the front of the machine to allow the operator access.
