
Careful, constant analysis of training requirements at Marchesini resulted in the need to develop a training system that could exploit the full potential of company training. To keep up with the new knowledge and skills required by increasingly rapid technological innovation.
For this reason the company plans training for its technicians in every sector, from design to production: time in the classroom, training on the job, constant shadowing combined with the use of modern infrastructures, guarantee effective learning processes. Much attention is also paid to skills considered to extend “across the company” such as the development of leadership, study of foreign languages and implementation of IT knowledge.
The Pianoro head office plans and co-ordinates the training of new employees, sometimes together with technical schools and universities.
For Marchesini training also means customer training: suitably trained and qualified technicians are sent out to customer premises to teach the customer and its operators all of the correct procedures for use of the systems installed. The relationship established develops into constant and continuous co-operation over time.
