Many are the strongholds of its production range, which concentrates – alongside its production of wallet and blister packs – on machines for packaging ampoules, syringes, needles or vials in trays made of cardboard and thermoplastic material.

Farcon’s experience enables the fulfilment of thermoforming systems, assisted by mechanical preformers, for a variety of thermoformable material available on the market; it has also lead to the development in particular of an integrated system for processing polypropylene.

Over time, the machines have been adapted so that they are suitable for automatically processing an impressively wide array of products. In particular, with the FDC series, the products can be packaged in mixed containers – cardboard and thermoformed – or in 100% cardboard containers.

The machines are designed so that they are easily integrated in automated production lines, for which Farcon has acquired outstanding experience.
Alternated motion drives enable the fulfilment of packaging and feeding systems that would otherwise be impossible.

The machines can be equipped, on request, with integrated microprocessor programmable controllers, as requested by the most modern of production techniques.
