The highest speed blister line is the robotized MB460 line: a concentrate of technology but very easy to use. Flexible, innovative, reliable, it is composed by:
- Thermoformer MB460 (with several important strongpoints like the possibility to remove the feeder easily selecting an option on the display, the vertical forming with progressive temperature plates, 12 fully PC controlled brushless motors, flat sealing and many others). The MB460 can be designed with forming station on the rear or on the front side, depending from Customer request;
- Robotized connection ROBOCOMBI;
- Continuous-motion cartoner MA352.
The line is reaching the output of 720 blisters/minute.
