The NLT series tunnels are laminar flow type sterilization tunnels: the sterilization process takes place by means of hot air recycled and filtered with absolute filters.
Each laminar flow of hot air is equipped with independent temperature adjustment and a two-way recycle system as opposed to the conveyor belt, thus to even out the temperature.

Main features:

• Built in stainless steel, in compliance with the GMP regulations;
• Sterilization chamber isolated from the external environment by means of double-wall fiberglass-filled panels;
• Easy cleaning operations;
• Laminar flows equipped with scanned and certified absolute filters, with 99,999% DOP efficiency;
• Basic sterilization parameters, such as temperature and time, controlled and visually displayed during the entire processing period.
