Filling and Stoppering Machine for Sterile Vials in aseptic environment which avails of an integrated weight control system and which works at a speed of 200 vials per minute. This linear continuous motion machine is designed to fill liquid products in a sterile environment and to apply a rubber cap. Built entirely in stainless steel AISI316L or plastic material pursuant to GMP directives, it consists of three modules: infeed, filling/capping, outfeed, which can be arranged in various layout configurations, based on the customer’s needs. The machine features a balcony structure, which thanks to the fact that the mechanical parts are separate from the filling zone, enables easy access to the mechanical parts just from the rear thus avoiding contamination of the front part protected by the laminar air flow. The machine’s structure ensures perfect Laminar Air Flow to protect the product during and after filling. The filling system consists of rotary piston pumps, each driven by a brushless motor to regulate the volume dispensed precisely and independently. It is also possible to add the inert gas injection option, during and after dispensing and direct loading option from the tunnel connected downstream to the crimping machine.
