MB460 FAST is the fastest blister packaging machine ever to be produced by Marchesini, capable of producing 720 blister packs per minute. This continuous motion thermoformer is managed 100% by a PC and by servo motors. The product loading, sealing, coding and cutting zones have structural balcony design to ensure impressive ergonomics, easy cleaning and straightforward size changeover; the various sizes are saved and managed automatically by the PC and the servo motors.
When the operator pulls-up a certain size, the machine automatically sets itself for the ratio, pitch and temperature saved previously, thus considerably reducing operator intervention and possible errors.
The mechanical size parts are quickly replaced without adjustments and without the use of tools.

MAIN FEATURES:

• The rear compartment of the machine that accommodates the forming material and joining table is equipped with quick-release coupling.
• Front balcony structure, free from the forming station to reduce machine cleaning times when changing size.
