Washing and Sterilizing

The Marchesini Group machines for washing ensure perfect internal and external cleaning of ampoules, vials and cartridges. The washing system can be configured and equipped with an ultrasonic pre-washing system. Downstream, a depyrogenation tunnel can be installed which guarantees the preparation of the glass containers for filling in sterile conditions. Finally, downstream of filling, external washing machines can operate, to fully decontaminate the containers of any traces of the product.
