Blister Thermoforming

Robotised blister lines represent the top of the range of Marchesini mechanical innovation. Ideal for packaging products of all sizes, they combine blister packaging and cartoning sections thanks to directly integrated robotised systems and can reach speeds of up to 720 blisters and 500 cartons per minute. On request, the machines can be equipped with systems for control of shape and size of tablets and with NIR systems for identification of the active ingredient of individual products in the blister.
