Paper Board tray represents the real added-value known by costumers for both its sustainable design and for being tailor-made on the product.
The new paper board tray inside the carton is designed and produced to ensure the use of less than 50% of paper and glue compared to the most of other models.

PVC is the most environmentally damaging type of plastic and safer alternatives are already available for virtually all uses of PVC. We’ve dedicated and entire r&d deparment to improve and to test our machines capability about PVC-FREE materials: recyclable, biodegradable and compostable solutions such as RPET, PLA, PE, PP and ALU.

Mechanical recycling of flexible polyolefins is commercially viable in some European nations. Significant expansion of the mechanical recycling infrastructure across Europe will be required to manage and process the increasing volumes of materials as more regions and countries collect post-consumer flexible packaging for recycling.

Fossil (Non-organic origin) easily separatable, preferably mono-material to avoid difficult separation processes or dedicated technologies. Material to be recycled is normally collected, shredded into small regular pieces, washed than selected mechanically, optically or by means of gravity.
