Born in 1974 from the intuition of Massimo Marchesini who built the first cartoning machine in his Pianoro garage, Marchesini Group has transformed over time from a local company to a multinational leader in the Packaging Valley.

President of Marchesini Group S.p.A. Born in Bologna in 1955, he started his entrepreneurial career alongside his father Massimo, the founder of the company in 1974. A protagonist in the growth of the Group, he has guided its internationalization. Appointed Knight of Labor in 2013, he is today vice president of Confindustria with delegation to Labor and Industrial Relations.
Born in Bologna in 1964, as of January 20, 2025, he is the CEO of Marchesini Group. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bologna and has extensive experience in the field of automatic machines and processes. He also serves as the President of Ipack Ima, a leading event in the packaging sector.
Industrial Director of Marchesini Group S.p.A. Born in Bologna in 1966, he saw the company grow alongside the founder Massimo and his brother Maurizio, learning to know the details of the machines from childhood. He supervises the production processes in step with technological evolution, maintaining the care and precision of the machine manufacturing methods.
A pioneer of Marchesini Group S.p.A., he immediately believed in the creativity and ingenuity of the founder Massimo, deciding to embrace his vision and strongly contribute to the development of the company. Already technical director of the Group, he deals with developing Research and Development projects for the implementation of new technologies.
Director of General Affairs of Marchesini Group S.p.A. She joined the company in 1979 to take care of administration. Over time she has expanded her functions in the field of control, management and organization, being guided by the value of human relationships and with a careful eye to the social reality of the territory.
Director of Human Resources, Marketing and Communication of Marchesini Group S.p.A… She was born in Bologna in 1982, she started her experience in the company in 2004 within the communication office. She takes care of improving the quality of the work environment, training and professional growth of collaborators. She is president of the Marchesini Act Foundation.
