Stickpack form, fill & seal

Stickpack machines are designed, developed and produced by the Schmucker production plant, which has vast experience in the creation of this specific type of product at the global level. Stickpacks are tubular single-dose sachets which require up to 30% less packaging material than rectangular or equivalent sachets (sealed on all 4 sides) and are suitable for a variety of product types, including powders, granules, liquids and gels.  These machines are mainly intended for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and food industries.Their key characteristics include their extreme versatility, their ease of use and their rapid size change (both length and width). If necessary, machines are completed with a secondary unit for counting and stacking sticks, combined with an in-line cartoner.
