Automatic continuous motion machine for plunger rod assembly, labeling and inserting syringes into Safety Devices.

Main features:

• The COMBI-3SD machine has the same features as the COMBI-2PL (plunger rod + label) but is equipped with an additional workstation for inserting the syringe into the Safety Device;
• For round-shaped safety devices, the COMBI-4SD model can also perform external labeling of the Safety Device;
• The machines can be equipped with various types of feeders depending on the Safety Device to be processed and the required speed;
• Safety Device assembly control is performed via camera;
• The Safety Device assembly and labeling unit is also available as a standalone machine (model COMBI-2SD);
• All models offer robotic loading and unloading solutions with no glass-to-glass contact.
