Monobloc rotary filler - plugger
- Automatic Rotary High Speed Machine, suitable to fill and cap vials by dosage at 18 dosing devices/36 dosing nozzles and capping turret at 8 chucks.
- Clear separation between the dosing-capping sections and the drive mechanisms which are placed inside the stainless steel welded machine base frame which is equipped with perimetral collecting channel and drainpipe to easy discharge the media.
- The dosing devices are mass flow meter with automatic setting of volumes to be dosed through HMI, without changeover.
- Starwheel for vials transfer from the filling area to the capping turret.
- Capping turret at 8 chucks containing all commands and the servo motor for the variation of the chucks revolutions number.
