The TM3 is an Automatic double tray loading machine for stable bottles and vials. Operating in line with other machines.

Basic machine standard features:

• Stainless steel execution
• Parts in contact with bottles/vials made up of polyethylene or stainless steel
• Conveyor belt with adjustable side guides for handling different bottles/vials sizes • Continuous mode speed adjustment
• Triangular or square disposition of bottles into trays (quinconce)
• Row by row bottles/vials pushing system into trays, with counting device
• Automatic change system for the alternate bottles loading on both trays, without stopping the machine (No-Stop)
• Selection of format size from HMI

• Vials count control per tray by means of vision system with automatic tray label generation
