FCE Pharma: Marchesini Group exhibits various aseptic solutions

Marchesini Group is preparing to participate in FCE Pharma 2023, one of the most important events for South American pharmaceutical companies. The focus of this edition, scheduled from 13 to 15 June, will be the sterile and injectable product packaging technologies developed by the Group.

With the support of the Brazilian subsidiary Marchesini Group do Brasil, the team will be on hand to show visitors all the solutions that the Group can provide. At this edition, customers will be able to take a closer look at two machines in operation at stand F063: a continuous motion solution for syringe plunger insertion and labelling and one for filling and sealing open or closed ampoules. 

New products at the stand will include an IN-CAP automatic filling machine, manufactured by Dott. Bonapace, which specialises in laboratory machines. Finally, a corner will be devoted to the Group’s Beauty Division, specialising in technologies for packaging beauty products.
 

Machines on show

At this edition of FCE Pharma, the Marchesini Group will be exhibiting two machines that perfectly represent the wide range of solutions for filling and packaging injectable products, developed and produced by the Corima division. 

A filling and sealing machine suitable for aseptic dosing of liquid products and sealing of open or closed ampoules will be on display at the stand.  This solution, which can produce up to 24,000 pieces per hour, guarantees both perfect repeatability of filling and sealing operations and their complete sterility, featuring a compact and accessible design. 

There will also be an automatic continuous motion machine for syringe plunger insertion and labelling on display, which can be customised with vision, printing or infeed systems as required. This solution boasts high flexibility and the capacity to process both glass and plastic syringes.
