Marchesini Group at Expoquimia 2026

Marchesini Group will participate for the first time in Expoquimia, scheduled from June 2 to 5, at the Barcelona exhibition center. This important international trade fair is dedicated to the chemical and process industry, with a focus on cutting-edge innovations, technologies, and services, including the pharmaceutical packaging sector. On this Spanish occasion as well, the Group will be able to rely on the support of its subsidiary Marchesini Group Iberica, which has been assisting customers for years from the sales phase through to after-sales service, helping to strengthen market presence and ensuring recognized expertise, experience, and know-how in the sector.

This marks an important debut for the Pharma Business Unit of the Marchesini Group, which will showcase several solutions at stand C58 in Hall 2: Nettuno, a turboemulsifier by Dumek, and a MAR M53-L machine. Nettuno is an absolute novelty: it is a flexible solution for filling and capping a wide range of pharmaceutical products, such as syrups, drops, and sprays. The machine can operate in both double-step and single-step modes and can handle up to three types of closures.

Equipped with 100% weight control, this solution features tightening torque control managed by brushless motors and a dedicated servo-driven system for handling spray nozzles. Its compact design makes it ideal for installation in GMP environments, ensuring high flexibility, precision, cleanliness and process reliability. 

As for the MAR M53-L, visitors will be able to closely observe this intermittent-motion monoblock machine, designed for in-line filling and capping of liquid products in bottles, with 100% weight control. Finally, a Dumek vacuum turboemulsifier for processing liquid or creamy products will also be on display, featuring an interactive system that allows visitors to see the different stages of production.
