Join us at Pack Expo Las Vegas 2025

Marchesini Group will participate in the Pack Expo Las Vegas exhibition scheduled from September 29 to October 1, providing cutting-edge solutions to meet all production and packaging needs required by customers. On display at booth N-5820 in the Healthcare Packaging pavilion will be the WKR Compact Palletizer: a new robotic palletizer with a single or double pallet station. In addition, the Group will be displaying some laboratory or small industrial production machines. The technologies of the Group's Digital Division will also be featured in booth N-5820. Included will be the predictive maintenance solution, the Customer Portal, and the augmented reality format change. 

The team from the North American branch, Marchesini Group USA, which has been supporting the markets of the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada for over 30 years, will be present at the Las Vegas Convention Center, addressing customer needs and technical challenges, with the aim being able to supply effective and unique solutions. 
 

Solutions on display at booth N-5820

Visitors will be able to observe various solutions at the Marchesini Group booth, including a new ultra-compact palletizing cell, with a single or double station, ideal for both European and American pallets. The palletizing cell features a new robot entirely designed by Marchesini Group that can lift up to 15 kgs/33 lbs. It is suitable for all Casepacker models, offering various integration solutions for uninterrupted production. Additionally, the Group will also exhibit several machines produced by the Pharma Laboratory division. 

These include two innovative solutions produced by Dott. Bonapace: the IN-CAP SE, an automatic capsule filler designed to handle a wide range of products, including powders, pellets, tablets, liquids, capsule-in-capsule, and combinations of up to three different forms. Visitors will also be able to see the BP-2, BP-3, CU-1 line, a medium-capacity system for the production of suppositories and ovules in plastic strips, and an intelligent solution for leak testing of blister packs and plastic containers. 

Finally, booth N-5820 will feature an area dedicated to the Digital Division of Marchesini Group. Customers can explore the services of the Customer Portal and delve into the predictive maintenance solution "Morpheus". Machines include an array of on-board machine sensors (IoT network) capable of accurate monitoring and data collection and subsequent analysis tools using AI-based algorithms. Customers can monitor the health status of their machines 24/7 and schedule maintenance in advance, thus avoiding potential breakdowns.
